The role

What you'll do

Chatters work on subscription platforms, managing fan conversations on behalf of creators. You communicate as the creator persona — building relationships, handling requests, and generating revenue through conversation.

Shift reporting
Submit a short end-of-shift report. Log important fan notes and revenue activity for continuity.

KPI tracking
Response time, revenue per shift, message quality. We track what matters and help you improve.
⏱ Shifts are 8 hours. Minimum 4 per week. Schedule agreed during onboarding.
🔞 This role involves adult content on subscription platforms. Apply only if you are comfortable with this.

Pass the process, sign the NDA, and you're live. Your first shift is paid.

Step 1
Application
Submit your form via Discord. English, availability, setup info.
Step 2
Written test
4 fan scenarios to respond to. Takes about 30 minutes. Tests tone, grammar, and decision making.
Step 3
Interview
20 minutes on Telegram or Google Meet. We get to know each other and answer your questions.
Step 4
Paid trial shift
A 4-hour live shift with full pay. You earn from the very first shift — no free trial work.

Requirements

What you need

We don't require experience — only the basics that let you do the job well from day one.

English B2 or higher
You need to write naturally and confidently. Grammar mistakes and awkward phrasing will not pass the test.

65+ words per minute
You handle multiple fan conversations per shift. Slow typing creates backlogs and hurts revenue.

Desktop or laptop only
This role runs on desktop. Phone-only setups are not eligible — the workflow requires proper multitasking.

50 Mbps or faster internet
Reliable connection is mandatory. Dropped connections during shifts affect creators and fans directly.
📍
Serbia or Slovenia
We are currently hiring from Serbia and Slovenia only. This may expand in the future.
📅
4 shifts per week minimum
8 hours each, at least 4 times a week. Schedule is flexible within blocks — morning, afternoon, or evening.
